As the summertime winds to a close, Nicole Richie was spotted taking advantage of the fine weather as she spent a little quality time with Benji Madden on Friday afternoon (September 5).

Ms Richie and her man’s brother stopped to get frozen yogurt and soda at a deli in the Beverly Glen Country Mart, with Nicole sporting a beanie, short jean cut-offs, a grey t-shirt and a pair of classic aviator sunglasses.
