Angelina Jolie has been almost better known for her humanitarian efforts than for her movies. Together with Brad Pitt, the two have been crisscrossing the globe doing good things for impoverished people.
That’s why it’s too bad that Jolie’s latest adoptee came from a heroin-addicted birthmother. The boy’s mother is a drug addict who will most likely come after Jolie for money, according to the child’s grandparents.

In what could be the beginning of a “nest egg” for the newest member of the Jolie-Pitt clan, Angelina Jolie is rumored to be receiving a whopping $2 million for photos of her newly adopted son, Pax Thien. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s ten-month-old daughter is getting her acting career off to an early start. Baby Shiloh is set to play Cate Blanchett’s role as an infant in the forthcoming film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which also stars Pitt. According to tabloid magazine reports: “Brad and Shiloh saved the day when twin sisters hired to take turns playing actress Cate Blanchett’s character as a baby wouldn’t settle down. Everyone waited in vain while the babies were fed, changed and hugged, but nothing worked to calm them on the set in New Orleans. Rumors and speculation surrounding Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s plans to adopt yet another child have been swirling for the past few months. It has now officially been confirmed that Angelina Jolie has filed papers to adopt a Vietnamese child, the country’s top adoption official announced today.
