The “A Time To Kill” beauty was spotted at the United Nations in New York City for a press conference regarding the ending of human trafficking.  And she looked business-like-yet-cute in a pale green patterned dress with her hair pulled back.

The Kiss the Girls actress had an appendicitis attack while she was filming her new movie “Helen” last week - being taken to the hospital for surgery.
