They’ve been living at the hospital since they were born prematurely on March 15th, and now Jenna Jameson finally got to bring her twin babies home.

The ex-porn star was spotted joyously taking Jesse and Journey Jett from a Los Angeles medical center with the help of a nanny as the paparazzi fired away.

They welcomed twin boys into the world this past week, and Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz were spotted heading over to a Huntington Beach hospital to see their little ones yesterday (March 20).

The former porn star and her UFC fighter stud had to leave Jesse and Journey Jett at the hospital for a bit because they were born premature, though things seem to be going fine.

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz welcomed twin baby boys on Tuesday (March 16).  And now we know their names.

The former porn star and her UFC champ decided on Jesse Jameson and Journey Jett as monikers for their boys.  The couple has been together for over three years.
