The “Torn” singer was spotted catching some rays in a cute two-piece suit earlier this week in the Island State.  She hung out on a catamaran and enjoyed a walk on the beach.

As Christmas Day winds down in North America, Australian residents are already up and moving on what’s known as Boxing Day - the day-after shopping rush, full of hot deals and presents being returned/exchanged.

Last night was an exciting one for fans of Wes Anderson movies.  “The Darjeeling Limited” was premiered in Los Angeles, and the surprise appearance of Owen Wilson coupled with a stunning Natalie Portman made for quite an event.

Since his suicide attempt back in August, Owen Wilson hasn’t been seen publicly.  But he certainly made quite an appearance last night, and everyone was thrilled to see him up and around. He skipped the red carpet, and instead joined his costars onstage at the filming.

While it makes some people cringe, there is a growing number of “gender re-assignment” surgeries taking place as of late.  And Australian singer/actress Natalie Imbruglia’s cousin is in the midst of going from man to woman.  The problem?  Her passport won’t reflect the change.

Stefanie Imbruglia will be flying to Thailand to have her body modified so that she will be 100% woman.  But recent legislation has prevented her from listing her “intended” sex on her passport.
