With everybody who’s anybody showing up in Sin City to check out the multi-venue (they had hotel parties going on during the show) event, there was fierce competition to see who could turn the most heads on the red carpet.

Paris Hilton was rocking her new short coif and looking extremely elegant thanks to a Dolce & Gabbana animal print dress and some bling-ed out chandelier-style earrings.

Rihanna Quashes Romance Rumors

Rihanna is denying rumors that she’s romantically involved with Transformers star Shia LeBeouf. Talk of possible coupledom began when the two were photographed by the paparazzi while getting cozy at an L.A. nightclub.

Shia’s next project is the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones series, and according to insiders the romantic rumors were “all the talk of the Indiana Jones 4 set.” A second supposed sighting of the two at a romantic dinner only added fuel to the fire.

Jay-Z’s Persuasive Powers Over Rihanna

Some people can just walk into a room, snap their fingers, and get whatever they want.  And it looks like rap mogul Jay-Z is one of those people.

Apparently, when Jay found out how talented singer Rihanna was, he had to have her.  In his initial talks with the Umbrella songstress, he practically threatened to throw her out of a window if she didn’t sign with him.

Rihanna Says She’s A Beyonce Fan, Not Foe

Rihanna is trying to squash the recent rumors that she had tried to poach away Beyonce’s current boyfriend, Jay-Z. The rumor has apparently created some bad blood between the two celebrities, as terms such as “the enemy” have been directed at Rihanna from the Beyonce camp.

However, Rihanna has gone out of her way during recent interviews to emphasize that she is not in some sort of personal competition with Beyonce, and that she is not trying to steal Jay-Z. In fact, it is the exact opposite, as Rihanna is a huge fan of Beyonce and enjoyed her latest album BDay.
