The Barbadian beauty dropped by Skyrock Radio, where she made an appearance to promote her album, ‘“Rated R,” which is due out on November 23rd.

From struggles can come strength - and that is exactly what Rihanna has put into her new album, Rated R. The singer went deep into her feelings and used her emotions to help her with her music.
“I’m usually a very guarded person, so having to go in and reach your emotions and personal things to say, it was very vulnerable,” the Barbadian beauty, 21, told People magazine at Monday night’s Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City.

Rihanna: Glamour’s “Back-On-Top Superstar”
Continuing along with what was quite the busy day, Rihanna looked simply elegant as she attended the 2009 Women of the Year hosted by Glamour Magazine in New York City on Monday (November 9).
The Barbadian beauty was followed by fans and paparazzi all the way from her hotel to the Carnegie Hall venue, where she was honored as “The Back-On-Top Superstar”.
