It seems that Mexico is the place to be for celebrity sightings these days.  The latest Hollywood couple to hit the South-of-the-border beaches is none other than the on-again-off-again Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Despite recently calling off their wedding plans, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have kept up their party-hopping, red carpet kissing ways.

The Hills co-stars were spotted out last night at a function being held at Jet nightclub, inside The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

These two need meds!  On the season finale of “The Hills” Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag looked as if they were done for good.  Then the following week, they announced their wedding was officially off.

Add to that the fact that Spencer went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show and literally groveled to try and win Heidi’s heart back.  And Wednesday they were spotted ice skating together, as if nothing ever happened!
