Stepping out bright and early, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were out grocery shopping/posing for pictures at their local Gelsons on Wednesday morning (August 27).

As the MTV reality co-star couple stocked up on essentials, the always-playful pair engaged in a pretend “sword” fight with some gift wrap before stopping so Heidi could pose with melons in the fruit department.

Doing her best to entertain her fans, 21-year-old reality starlet Heidi Montag has just recently released her latest music video “Overdosin”.

The pop song is about falling in love and is said to be written about Miss Montag’s passion for her “Hills” co-star beau Spencer Pratt.

Taking some time out of their busy weekend to reconnect, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted enjoying each other’s company Sunday afternoon (August 24).

The peroxide pair headed over to Pacific Palisades hot spot Café Vida for some lunch and conversation, and judging by the folder in Miss Montag’s hand, they may have even begun their wedding planning.

Heidi Montag’s 80’s-Inspired “Overdosin” Shoot

Gaudily dressed in lycra, legwarmers and a sweatband, Heidi Montag was hard-at-work on the set of an 80’s-inspired music video for her latest single “Overdosin” in Los Angeles on Thursday (August 21).

The reality starlet turned singer worked with a director, film crew, choreographer and cast of around 16 to produce the workout themed video, with plenty of big hair and bright colors on show! Heidi’s boyfriend Spencer Pratt even dropped by the lend his support while she got her makeup done.

We’ve all heard of some pretty crazy ‘celebrities find God’ stories, but this one just may top the whole stack - Spencer Pratt says he has come to faith in Jesus, thanks to his Hills partner in crime/girlfriend Heidi Montag.

The reality TV star/media attention whore told press that he’s working towards holiness thanks to his lady’s faith.  “I’m a work in progress. I’d never been to church until I met Heidi.  She got me to go — it was a big step. The walls shook a little bit as I first cruised in, but Jesus and I are making the connection.”
