The growing success of American Idol graduate Carrie Underwood keeps gaining momentum, as the country darling continues to line up appearances promoting her name.

Most recently, Underwood spent Tuesday evening in the Big Apple performing for an upcoming TV show, “Christmas at the Rockefeller Center,” to be aired on November 28th.

Carrie Underwood Announces Tour With Keith Urban

American Idol winner Carrie Underwood is on top of the world!  Last week she took home a couple CMA Awards, and she’s just announced that she’ll be touring with Nicole Kidman’s hubby, Keith Urban.

The tour is going to be called “Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride,” a conglomeration of the two artist’s album titles, and it’s scheduled to make twenty-four stops across North America.

At the Country Music Association Awards Wednesday night, the “Before He Cheats” singer took home two huge awards.  And she was equally as surprised as she was thrilled.

Nashville Gears Up For CMA Awards

Tonight is a big night for Country Music.  The Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee will play host to the Country Music Association Awards this evening.

Last night at the BMI Building, the BMI Songwriters honors were handed out as a gearing up for tonight’s festivities.  And Willie Neslon won the Icon Award.

It looks like Carrie Underwood has found someone to keep her warm and cozy this winter. And that someone is none other than Chace Crawford.

Even though the American Idol is two years older than the Gossip Girl actor (she’s 24, he’s 22), it looks like they’re headed for true love.  After all, Carrie has been on the hunt for awhile.  Earlier this summer, she told press, “I’d like to have someone other than my mom to call when I have good news.”
