Heidi Klum has been married to Seal since May of 2005, but on Monday of October 5, the supermodel finally filed legal papers to adopt his last name.
According to recent reports, the pregnant angel filed the documents in L.A. County Superior Court.

The “Project Runway” babe looked very preggers as she held hands with her daughter Leni, with sons Henry and Johan following close by.

Despite her ever-growing midsection, Heidi Klum has been determined to stay active throughout her pregnancy. And yesterday (September 24) she was spotted out and about in Los Angeles.
The “Project Runway” hottie made her way to a martial arts studio to pick up Henry, Leni, and Johan from their karate lesson, with the help of a nanny.
