Paris Hilton & Zeta Graff together in Beverly Hills

Our friends at TMZ have obtained this photo of Paris Hilton (aka defendant) and Zeta Graff (aka plaintiff) leaving Mr Chow’s restaurant in Beverly Hills.

What’s stunning about the picture is that Zeta Graff is suing Hilton for $10 million, claiming the heiress defamed her by planting a false story in the New York Post. The article claims that Graff went ballistic at a nightclub, attacking Hilton.

TMZ also shot video later in the evening, capturing the pair entering the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood together.

The lawsuit is still 100% active. A source told TMZ that Paris and Zeta ran into each other recently and Paris wanted to "make nice." Nonetheless, Paris is still being sued.

 Maybe Paris thinks that if she "makes nice" with Zeta that she’ll drop the lawsuit? She’s no longer with Paris Latsis, which was the issue between the two. I know Paris is young and makes mistakes, but sheesh when is she actually going to start behaving like a grownup.

Well, at least she rules Yahoo baby! She’s the Princess of Pop and the Queen of Yahoo. What more could a girl ask for?

For the third time in four years Britney Spears is numero uno on Yahoo!

She topped Yahoo’s annual list of the most-searched for names on the Internet. Although she did not release a record containing new material this year, she had a baby—helping pique the interest of millions.

Can I have your autograph? The Good, bad and ugly…

Britney Spears makes it to the top of another “worst” list. And this time, it has nothing to do with clothes or singing.

Autograph Collector magazine, saying “no one is better at showing their fans how little they mean to them,” names Spears its worst celebrity signer of the year in its 13th annual survey of who’s cool and who’s cruel to the fans.

“While we’re the first to defend any celebrity’s right not to sign, how do you defend rude, crude and downright unattractive behavior?” asks Steve Cyrkin, publisher and editor in chief. “As one collector told us, ‘Britney has done all she can to earn her nickname, Bitchney Sneers.’ “

But Hollywood isn’t all scowls and passive aggression. Turns out Johnny Depp is pretty nice. “He never says ‘No’ to autograph seekers,” Cyrkin says.

The other good guys on the Autograph Collector list: Matt Damon, Tom Cruise, Mike Myers, Angelina Jolie, Elijah Wood, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff and Charlize Theron.

The naughty list includes Cameron Diaz, Tobey Maguire, Justin Timberlake, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Leonardo DiCaprio, Eminem, Halle Berry and Paris Hilton.
