Making for quite the star-studded affair, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton threw a big birthday bash at The Viper Room in West Hollywood on Saturday night (March 28).

With Perez leading the charge, couples joining in on the fun included Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt, and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Staying relatively under the radar as of late, Tara Reid was spotted out on the hoppin’ streets of Hollywood as she walked to Guy’s Nightclub over the weekend.

The world breathed a collective sigh of relief when Tara Reid checked into the Promises Rehabilitation Center earlier this month.  And despite claims to the contrary, her stay has been just like everyone else’s.

According to FOX Pop Tarts, there have been rumors floating around the gossip mill (thanks to Star magazine) that the “American Pie” actress has received special treatment from the rehab clinic, including a complementary stay and the forgoing of her belongings being searched.
