Stepping out for an afternoon bite to eat, Josh Hartnett and his girlfriend were spotted spending quality time together in New York City on Friday (April 17).

The precious pair ventured over to Cafe Habana for their lunch date before taking a romantic stroll, during which time they walked along hand-in-hand.

He was rushed to Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles just two weeks ago after complaining of stomach pains, but now Josh Hartnett is insisting he is OK.

People magazine caught up to the “Lucky Number Slevin” actor last night (April 15) at the New Yorkers for Children Sixth Annual Spring Dinner, where he told the magazine, “I’m fine. I just had a little stomach bug.”

Giving everyone quite the scare, Josh Hartnett is currently recuperating in the hospital after being taken to Cedars-Sinai following a 9-1-1 call early this morning (March 30).

Trying to maintain privacy, curtains were put up outside the Emergency Department entrance, where the “Black Hawk Down” hunk was allegedly taken to by medics who picked him up at Chateau Marmont.

They definitely know how to make the ladies swoon, and last night Chace Crawford, John Mayer, Leonardo DiCaprio, Josh Hartnett, and Ricky Martin were all spotted at the opening of the new Armani 5th Avenue store.

Representing the “Gossip Girl” posse, Chace Crawford was looking mighty fine in a shiny dark blue Armani suit as he charmed the cameras, while John Mayer looked clean cut in a black suit with a lavender necktie.

The “Oh in Ohio” actress and the “Black Hawk Down” stud were both partying the night away at Bungalow 8 night club when, according to onlookers, Barton caught Hartnett’s attention in a major way.
