Tom Cruise Gets Saluted

Believe it or not, Tom Cruise has been making movies since 1981’s “Endless Love.” Though some of his early films like “Risky Business” and “Top Gun” were a little less than fabulous in terms of artistic acting, he’s gone on to become an icon in the industry.  And last night he was honored for his accomplishments.

The “Vanilla Sky” actor was given a salute from the Museum of the Moving Image at Cipriana 42nd Street in New York City.  And the director of the museum, Rochelle Slovin, had some pretty outstanding words for the actor/producer.

It’s official. Katie Holmes can now claim that she completed the NYC marathon, as she finished the big race in 5 hours, 29 minutes, and 58 seconds.

The Batman Begins actress made her way to the starting line wearing an FDNY baseball cap, black pants and a purple tank top - and had quite the cheering section to help offer a little motivation.

No Baby For Katie Holmes, Says Rep

Earlier in the day, rumors were running rampant claiming that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were expecting baby number two.

The speculation arose due to a supposed “baby bump” sighting on Katie, who was working the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of Tom’s new drama, Lions for Lambs.
