After a Bahamian judge pronounced a mistrial due to feasible juror misconduct in the extortion case over his son Jett’s death, the actor was ready for another shot at former Senator Pleasant Bridgewater and ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne, who are believed to trying to make $25 million from the Travolta family.

It has been a very rough year for John Travolta and his family, with the death of his son Jett and the subsequent extortion scheme plotted against him.

And now there’s more bad news for the “Face/Off” actor, as the court case involving Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne has been declared a mistrial.

A paramedic is speaking out and saying that John Travolta’s son’s body already was hitting rigor mortis by the time he was called for help.

Tarino Lightbourne has been accused of trying to extort money from the actor after Jett Travolta’s death. Lightbourne claimed that medical aid was called to late to help the 16 year-old, who had suffered a seizure in the bathroom of the family’s Bahamas holiday home on January 2.

Still wading through the legal quagmire, John Travolta took the stand this morning (September 30) in the extortion lawsuit surrounding the death of his son Jett earlier this year.

According to a report, the “Pulp Fiction” star testified that one of his employees, Ronald Zupanic, initially notified him of Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne’s plot to blackmail him into giving them money in exchange for them not releasing a report that John somehow contributed to his son’s death.
