No matter how busy this chick gets, she still always makes time to stay active and healthy.  And yesterday (August 13) Kate Hudson was all about getting in some beach volleyball.

The “Fool’s Gold” mommy grabbed her son Ryder and a mystery dude and headed out to Manhattan Beach, California for some fun in the sun.

Miss Hudson tried to avoid the paparazzi as she exited trendy Hollywood restaurant Mozza.  She left out the back door and quickly hopped into a car driven by her mystery man date.

Kate Hudson Can’t Help Haas Win

It looks like her sessions with a personal tennis coach while she dated Lance Armstrong were more than just a fad, as Kate Hudson was spotted at the Countrywide Classic Tennis Tournament at UCLA Tuesday.

But she wasn’t there to compete, rather she was cheering on her friend Tommy Haas.  But in the end, having a hot famous blonde in the stands pulling for him wasn’t enough, as Haas lost to Donald Young in the first round.
