Jessica Simpson’s Charitable Van Donation

Jessica Simpson has donated a minivan she won at the MTV Video Music Awards last year to an orphanage in Mexico.

The 26-year-old won a Chrysler Crossfire sports car at the show and asked the car company if she could exchange it for a minivan for the Casa Hogar Elim orphanage in Nuevo Laredo.

Mama Lupita, who runs the orphanage, has previously been without transportation.

Jessica Simpson, John Mayer PDA at Sony Grammy Party

Jessica Simpson and John Mayer are finally breaking down the walls that have been an attempt to hide their relationship. In what comes as the most open comment by Mayer to date, he stated, “She’s a lovely woman, and I’m glad to be with her,” to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. But Mayer still played his games, by proclaiming the relationship in Japanese.

According to E! insiders, later that night, around 9:15 p.m. PST, Mayer was the third celeb to hit Sony’s Grammy after-party at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

E! reported, “He and a posse of a dozen men made a beeline for one of the four private outdoor cabanas. Mayer immediately sat down, started texting on his cell phone and made a brief phone call.”

Jessica Simpson Dyes Hair; Talks Adoption

Jessica Simpson has decided that it is time for a change. The star has apparently decided to drop her blond locks, but has yet to settle on a new color. Jessica recently made the transition from blond to redhead (an auburn shade).  That didn’t go over so well, as it is rumored that no one liked it all that much.  As a result, she has dumped the red and is trying out a dark brunette look.  She sported the darker style at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills this past week and most would agree that she looked much better.

It is quite amazing how different a new hairdo can make someone look.  On Wednesday, a TMZ cameraman reportedly totally missed Ms. Simpson as she was entering Mr. Chow. Jessica didn’t seem to like the lack of attention. Not wanting to miss out on some fan adoration, she reminded the photographer who she was.

Jessica Simpson, William Shatner DirecTV Ads Pulled

The UPI has reported that a NY judge ordered DirecTV ads featuring Jessica Simpson and William Shatner to be pulled while Time Warner Cable`s false advertising lawsuit proceeds.

In the report, it is stated that Time Warner, the nation`s second-largest cable provider, sued DirecTV, saying among other things, DirecTV`s ads about its high definition programming being superior to cable programming were misleading.

DirecTV will still be allowed to use comparative advertising about overall picture quality compared to Time Warner Cable, the judge said.

Justin Timberlake, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel ‘Love Triangle’

In the mere few short weeks since Justin Timberlake’s two-year relationship with Cameron Diaz ended due to a reported fling with Scarlett Johansson, Timberlake has been spotted seesawing between spending Super Bowl weekend with Scarlett and snuggling up to Jessica Biel on the ski slopes, according to a Fox news report.

As reported by The Gossip Girls, Timberlake and Biel were caught cozying up last month during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, but this past weekend Jessica Biel was nowhere to be seen.

Instead, Timberlake and Johansson, who were both in Miami for the Super Bowl, got hot and heavy at the Mokai after-party, The New York Post and In Touch Weekly reported.
