For those of you who are waiting to get your “Sexy Back” live, it appears that patience will need to be more than a virtue.  According to Justin Timberlake’s tour promoter, AEG, two upcoming tour events have been canceled due to strained vocal cords.

Timberlake has been touring non-stop all summer, and his performance at the MTV Music Video Awards appears to have put him over the top.  Gossip Girls recently learned that the strained vocal cords even led to a brief hospital visit in Beverly Hills.

Jessica Biel Hits Up Charity Pink Party

Jessica Biel spent Saturday night at the The Pink Party in Santa Monica. The occasion was set up to benefit the Cedar-Sinai Women’s Cancer Research Institute.

The Chuck and Larry actress kept it casual, showing up to the event in jeans and a black top. She also was without boyfriend Justin Timberlake, who’s set to perform at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards.

Jessica Biel’s Poker Night At The Ivy

While her relationship with pop star Justin Timberlake continues to heat up, Jessica Biel took a break from her new man by partying with friends and her brother at the opening of the Ivy Hotel in San Diego on Friday night (August 24).

The group kicked off the evening by heading over to a poker table. “At first, Jessica kept saying she didn’t want to play poker,” a hotel insider told E! Online. “She kept saying she was too intimidated because there were a lot of pros at the table.”

Jessica Biel has officially shed the “good girl” image she earned on the family oriented show 7th Heaven, instead opting for a more provocative future. In the upcoming release of her new film, Powder Blue, the Stealth babe has agreed to show off her goods to the world.

In the movie, which is currently in production, Jessica takes on the role of a stripper trying to earn money to take care of her terminally ill son. Starring alongside Jessica are Forest Whitaker and Ray Liotta, who provide a supporting cast to showcase Jessica’s talent.
