Now that Uma Thurman’s engaged to be married to Swiss multimillionaire Arpad “Arki” Busson, she says that she’s definitely open to the idea of having more children. The actress, 38, already has two children with her ex-husband Ethan Hawke (Maya, 10 and Levon, 6). They’ve been dating for about a year now, and now Uma Thurman and her financier beau Arpad “Arki” Busson are engaged to be married. Reportedly the “Pulp Fiction” actress received a diamond ring so big, “she can’t fit it through the sleeve of her coat.” When she wore it to a recent Elton John AIDS benefit, “all the ladies’ eyes were buggin’ out,” said a source.

In what was a far cry from the glitzy movie premieres and luxurious vacations that she’s used to, Uma Thurman appeared in a Manhattan courtroom today to confront the man who has been allegedly stalking her. The “Pulp Fiction” actress took the stand in the trial of Jack Jordan, a 37-year-old Maryland man who was discovered and arrested last Fall outside Uma’s Greenwich Village home. And as she recounted the events of the past few years involving Jordan, she never once made eye contact with him. posted by at 03:27 PM | (0) comments |

When it comes to all the pomp and circumstance in Hollywood, Uma Thurman usually tries to steer clear. But at the Wings Worldquest 2008 Women of Discovery Awards Gala last night, she was front row and center. The “Kill Bill” babe pulled off a conservative-yet-sexy look that kept the flashbulbs flashing, sporting a black pants suit with a little hint of cleavage beneath her beaded necklace. posted by Kayla at 11:09 AM | (0) comments |
