Despite speculation that the romance between Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal would be a short-lived movie affair, the Rendition co-stars still seem to be going strong.

The Hollywood couple were spotted in good spirits as they stepped out in Santa Monica over the weekend for a coffee and some shopping.

Hollywood’s highest paid actress Reese Witherspoon continues on doing what she does best - making money by filming sure-to-be-hit romantic comedy flicks.

Dress up in tropical wardrobe, Reese and co-star Vince Vaughn spent Monday afternoon on the set of Four Christmases, which is shooting in San Francisco.

From the looks of it, Jake Gyllenhaal should be charging in any moment to break things off with Reese Witherspoon.  Fortunately for their relationship, her kissing scenes with Vince Vaughn are just part of their new movie.

Set for release next December, Four Christmases is the latest project for the “Sweet Home Alabama” actress and the “Wedding Crashers” actor. 

Reese Says “Too Soon” To Jake’s Proposal

There’s nothing like a romantic trip to Italy to put your sweetie in the mood to get married.  But when Jake Gyllenhaal proposed to Reese Witherspoon on their recent vacation, she turned him down.

While she’s supposedly madly in love with Jake, Reese doesn’t fancy getting married again anytime soon.

It looks like the romance has lived past the demise of their film Rendition.  Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon were spotted on a trip to California’s wine country, and they looked happy as ever.

According to press, the “Legally Blonde” babe and her hunky boyfriend checked into the Carneros Inn in Napa Valley this past Sunday, three weeks after their Italian getaway.  And they went A-list all the way with a private home to spend some quality time together.
