Celebrating his birthday with a night of clubbing, Nick Cannon was joined by his wife Mariah Carey at Pure Nightclub, located inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The still-newlyweds (they married this past April) looked blissful as they made a brief stop on the red carpet before heading inside for a night of celebration.

Accompanied by hubby Nick Cannon, the “Always Be My Baby” songstress looked elegant in a strapless black minidress complete with black leggings and black heels as she posed for the paparazzi.

Thirteen of the most talented female performers joined together onstage at Fashion Rocks to sing “Just Stand Up!”, which is the worldwide charity single benefiting Stand Up To Cancer.

The song was created and produced by LA Reid and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, who took the stage alongside singing sensations including: Beyonce Knowles, Mary J Blige, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus, Keyshia Cole, Leona Lewis, Fergie, Ciara, Mariah Carey, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield and Nicole Scherzinger at Radio City Music Hall on Friday (September 5).
