It’s been almost a year since his tragic death, and last night Heath Ledger was honored for his amazing work in “The Dark Knight” with a Best Supporting Actor trophy at the Golden Globe Awards. Director Christopher Nolan accepted the award for his late friend/colleague, telling the audience, “On behalf of all of us who worked with Heath on Dark Knight, I accept this with mix of sadness and incredible pride. He will be eternally missed but he will never be forgotten.”
