Charlize Theron Goes “Sleepwalking”

It’s been a big week so far in Park City, Utah.  The 2008 Sundance Film Festival has brought all kinds of celebrity presence to the normally-quiet mountain town.  And Charlize Theron has been spotted all over the place, from premieres to the MySpace Café.

Photogs can’t seem to get enough of the “Monster” babe.  She was spotted attending the screening of her new film “Sleepwalking” with her man Stuart Townsend.

With all the “serious” actors, directors, and critics occupying the Sundance Film Festival, it’s good to see the bright smiling face of Charlize Theron laminating the landscape.

The “Italian Job” actress is in town to promote her new gig “Sleepwalking” along with her co-stars Nick Stahl and Anna Sophia Robb.

Over the weekend, the “Italian Job” actress’ house was broken into, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. 

Charlize Theron: Don’t Call Me A Celebrity

When you’re one of Hollywood’s top actresses, commanding millions of dollars per film, it’s hard to avoid becoming a celebrity.  But Charlize Theron hates the label.

The “Italian Job” actress says that her privacy is too precious to let the media into her life all the time.  “I don’t like celebrity. I don’t like this whole culture that we’re living in now, and I don’t like this casual attitude that if you decide to be an actor then your life is up for grabs.”

Charlize Theron Married?

There’s no doubt that the institution of marriage has undergone a major overhaul in the last decade.  With issues like same-sex unions and commonlaw spouses, it seems that there are countless new ways to enter into matrimony.  And Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend are the latest “married” couple without a certificate or ceremony.

The “Trapped” co-stars insist that despite their lack of any official documents, they are a married couple.  Townsend explained to press that he thinks of Charlize as his wife.
