Halle Berry’s Post-Pregnancy Fitness Routine

Already back in red carpet form, Halle Berry has new mother’s around the world wondering how she was able to get in such great shape so quickly after giving birth. And now those questions have been answered.

According to People magazine reports, the 41-year-old Oscar winner “works out with trainer Ramona Braganza for one hour, five days a week. Together they go through Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout, comprised of three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one Core Segment.”

Her newborn baby Nahla is coming up on the big two month mark, and new mommy Halle Berry is settling into parenthood quite nicely.
