2007 Teen Choice Awards Honor Best In Entertainment

Last night was a big deal for many celebrities.  The Fox Network held their annual Teen Choice Awards at Universal Studios in Hollywood, and passed out life-size surfboards in lieu of statuettes.  Hilary Duff and Nick Cannon shared the hosting duties.

The big winners of the night included “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” with a win in the Choice Movie: Action Adventure category.  Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Bill Nighy also received surfboards.

Hilary Duff Should Stay Off The Roads

Not the best of drivers, at least Hilary Duff knows how to put on a good show. The Lizzie McGuire actress spent this Saturday (August 18) entertaining a packed house at The Palms in Las Vegas.

Talking about her road woes, Duff told press, “The other day I heard a scratch as I was pulling my car out. I thought I just ran over some bubble wrap so I kept going.”

She’s one of the busiest girls in show business, and schedulingjust just got a little more hectic for Hilary Duff.  The singer/actress has been chosen to host the 2007 Teen Choice Awards.

Yesterday (August 1), the FOX network went public with their plans for Duff to share hosting duties with hottie Nick Cannon.  Oh la la.
