Now that she’s back from her European tour, Miley Cyrus is getting back into the swing of things at home in Los Angeles.

And yesterday (November 3), the “Hannah Montana” sweetheart was spotted doing some shopping at a local Best Buy store along with her super hot boytoy Justin Gaston.

Dressed up as the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and her sister Brandi’s boyfriends Justin Gaston and Sam Hancock were spotted celebrating the Halloween festivities on Friday night (October 31).

According to paparazzi on the scene, the pair “played an inpromptu concert in the driveway of the Cyrus family home and gave out sweets and posed for photos while passing out candy to trick or treaters.”

Enjoying a day out with her two main men, Miley Cyrus, Justin Gaston and Billy Ray Cyrus were spotted spending time together in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 25).

The trio first paid a visit to a local studio before heading over to Paty’s for brunch, with Justin spending most of the time following behind Miley and Billy Ray so the paparazzi couldn’t take their picture together.

Unwilling to tell whether or not she’s found her new love, Miley Cyrus talked with Ryan Seacrest this morning about her model friend Justin Gaston.

When asked if they are dating on Ryan’s KIIS-FM radio show, Miley answered, “Maybe, maybe not. Right now, everything is, like, really good. I haven’t really been answering the question much just because we’re just really happy with everything and the way everything has worked out. He’s been a really great friend, more than anything.”

Earning major brownie points, Justin Gaston was spotted joining the Cyrus family ladies at a morning church service in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 19).

While Miley stayed at home because she was sick, the “Nashville Star” stud headed off with her mother Tish, younger sister Noah and her friend, as well as grandma - with five venturing about in the family SUV.
