Former Friends star Courteney Cox Arquette was spotted out last night at her all-time favorite eatery - Nobu in Malibu.

Besides dining out and raising her beautiful daughter Coco, the 43-year-old brunette has been spending some cash to help kick-start Jennifer Aniston’s latest obsession - bicycling.

Super Bowl Sunday takes different forms for different people.  While some celebrities partied it up in Arizona, Courteney Cox opted for a more laid-back approach.

Held at Vibiana, The Art of Elysium is “a non-profit organization founded in 1997, encouraging working actors, artists and musicians to voluntarily dedicate their time and talent to children who are battling serious medical conditions.”

As the clock struck midnight on the 31st of December, gal pals Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston rang in another New Year together.  And reports that Courteney’s hubby David Arquette isn’t down with Aniston are false.

Apparently there were rumors that the “Deputy Duey” actor was growing tired of having the “Good Girl” actress as a third wheel all the time.  But the fact that they were all together to ring in 2008 pretty well dispels that notion.
