2009 ACM Awards: The Show, The Winners

The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas was the place to be on Sunday night (April 5) for all things country, as the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards arrived.

Hosted by Reba McEntire, the big shindig kicked off with an ensemble performance by Brooks & Dunn, featuring Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts.  McEntire exclaimed, “What an opening!  Now that’s what I call a stimulus package!”

She’s a relative newcomer to the world of country music, but Julianne Hough seemed to fit right in at tonight’s 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

The “That Song in My Head” singer arrived on the orange carpet outside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino along with her boyfriend, singer Chuck Wicks.

Enjoying another crazy night of “Dancing With the Stars,” Julianne Hough was spotted hanging out with her peeps from the hit ABC show last night (March 31).

The blonde bombshell headed out to One Sunset in West Hollywood, walking hand-in-hand with boyfriend Chuck Wicks as they celebrated Tom Bergeron’s new book “I’m Host As Fast As I Can.”

She’s made quite a name for herself with her “Dancing With the Stars” gig, and last night (March 19) Julianne Hough gave back to some kids in need.

The beautiful blonde ballroom dancer was spotted performing at the Children’s Miracle Network Celebration at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

It’s only been two days since their debut on “Dancing With the Stars,” and Julianne Hough and dancing partner/boyfriend Chuck Wicks are wasting no time looking to improve the skills.

The cute couple was spotted going into the dance studio for some practice, practice, practice after placing 5 out of 13 on Monday night’s show, although the DWTS champ isn’t too worried.
