On Saturday night, an always-sexy Shakira showed up at the Apollo Theater with longtime beau Antonio de la Rua not far behind. It’s always cool when a celebrity takes some of their own loot and gives it to the less fortunate. But Shakira has outdone herself, donating a reported $40 million to rebuild disaster-stricken areas. The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer is set to donate money from her Latin America for Solidarity Foundation that she co-founded with Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
