Anna Nicole Smith’s Lawyer/Boyfriend Arrested

Reviving a two-year-old case, Whittier, California police arrested Anna Nicole Smith’s former attorney and boyfriend Howard K Stern yesterday (March 12) for conspiring to furnish drugs to the late actress/model.

According to a report, Stern has been formally charged, arrested, and booked, with bail set at $20,000.  Police believe that he was one of the main proponents behind Smith acquiring the prescription drugs that eventually killed her.

Dannielynn: Sole Heir of Anna Nicole’s Estate

Baby Dannielynn has been named the sole heir to the late Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, a Los Angeles judge ruled in court proceedings held earlier today (March 4).

According to press reports, “In court papers filed in Superior Court Oct. 18, 2007, Howard K. Stern, the executor of Smith’s estate, sought to clarify Smith’s intentions in her July 2001 will, drafted five years before Dannielynn Hope’s September 2006 birth.”

She’s been one of the most talked about babies in recent memory, and this past Saturday the late Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn celebrated her first year of life (her birthday was actually Friday).

Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, hosted a huge bash at the home of Louisville socialite Tricia Barnstable Brown.  It was truly an event to behold, with guests arriving in limousines and luxury cars. 

Anna Nicole’s Half Sister Emerges

We all remember the recent string of tragedies to befall the Anna Nicole legacy.  Well add another one to the list.  Her half sister is attempting to pick up where the late model left off.  And it’s weird.

Donna Hogan is the 40-something half sister of Anna Nicole Smith.  Since Smith’s death, Hogan has been itching to be in the spotlight.  So much so, that she is reportedly getting a boob job and dye job before approaching Hugh Hefner about posing in the buff for Playboy.

Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn: Back to the USA

After recently obtaining Dannielynn’s passport, Larry Birkhead is set to leave the Bahamas for the U.S. today (May 1). Access Hollywood is reporting that the ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith has plans of taking his daughter back to his Louisville home - so that the two can get on with their lives.

Since The Gossip Girl’s last report, Birkhead also has finished the process of having his baby daughter’s name officially changed on her Bahamian birth certificate. He is now officially “legally and biologically” Dannielynn Hope Birkhead’s father.
