Howard K Stern Enters Not Guilty Plea

It’s been over two years since her fatal overdose, and to no surprise, Anna Nicole Smith is still being talked about, but this time it involves a courthouse and a judge.

Earlier today (May 13), Smith’s ex lawyer/lover Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty on felony charges that he conspired with two doctors to give Anna Nicole hundreds of prescription drugs.

Howard K. Stern: Delayed Arraignment

A judge has made the decision to delay the arraignment of Howard K. Stern for felony charges, following claims that he had conspired with two doctors to give Anna Nicole Smith hundreds of prescription drugs leading to her death in 2007.

The date is now changed to May 13 at Los Angeles Superior Court, said Court Commissioner Kristi Lousteau. 40-year-old Stern, 61-year-old Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and 40-year-old Dr. Sandeep Kapoor will all enter their pleas.

Anna Nicole Smith’s Lawyer/Boyfriend Arrested

Reviving a two-year-old case, Whittier, California police arrested Anna Nicole Smith’s former attorney and boyfriend Howard K Stern yesterday (March 12) for conspiring to furnish drugs to the late actress/model.

According to a report, Stern has been formally charged, arrested, and booked, with bail set at $20,000.  Police believe that he was one of the main proponents behind Smith acquiring the prescription drugs that eventually killed her.

Dannielynn: Sole Heir of Anna Nicole’s Estate

Baby Dannielynn has been named the sole heir to the late Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, a Los Angeles judge ruled in court proceedings held earlier today (March 4).

According to press reports, “In court papers filed in Superior Court Oct. 18, 2007, Howard K. Stern, the executor of Smith’s estate, sought to clarify Smith’s intentions in her July 2001 will, drafted five years before Dannielynn Hope’s September 2006 birth.”

Dannielynn Turns 1

She’s been one of the most talked about babies in recent memory, and this past Saturday the late Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn celebrated her first year of life (her birthday was actually Friday).

Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn’s father, hosted a huge bash at the home of Louisville socialite Tricia Barnstable Brown.  It was truly an event to behold, with guests arriving in limousines and luxury cars.
