Known for her disdain towards Hollywood's apparent obsession with being skinny, British actress Kate Winslet has won a public apology and undisclosed libel damages from a magazine over a false report claiming that she visited a diet doctor.

Winslet's lawyer, Rachel Atkins, told the High Court in London on Friday that the article in Grazia magazine was incorrect in reporting that Winslet discussed weight-related treatments at the Chinese Healing Institute in California.

From the much talked about sex scene in her new movie, 'Factory Girl,' to being linked with a string of famous men since splitting from Jude Law last year, Sienna Miller has taken on the recent reputation as being a little bit on the trampy side.

The actress is not happy with this depiction and insists that she hasn’t dated half the guys she has supposedly been linked to.

Coming off of a Grammy win and a critically acclaimed performance of James Brown's "It's a Man's World," Christina Aguilera seems to be making all of the right moves. Her next step? Christina is set to grace the cover of Maxim magazine's March issue, which hits newsstands February 20th. Acting appears to be in the future as well.

On an uplifting note, Jennifer Hudson is set to make Vogue history by becoming the first black singer to ever appear on the magazine's cover.

Meanwhile, the 25 year old Hudson will become only the third black woman to ever grace the cover of the highly esteemed fashion magazine. She follows in the footsteps of talk show mega-star Oprah Winfrey and Academy Award winning actress, Halle Berry.

The Chicago-born Hudson, who plays Effie White in the box-office hit, Dreamgirls, alongside Beyonce, was photographed by Annie Leibovitz in New York City's Harlem theatre.
