The “Call Me Maybe” singer has released her new song in collaboration with Adam Young from the band Owl City, which asks the question, “Are you down to get down tonight?”

Fans are already putting in their two cents and saying that this could reach the success of her previous hit and may be the new song of the summer.

According to the 26-year-old singer, this is just the first of many projects as she tweeted, “In LA for the week! Working on my record. Writing a little something tonight actually.”
