Cameron Diaz: Sex is the Key to Youth!

She certainly radiates a youthful style, and Cameron Diaz recently dished on what she does to stay that way.

Opening up to British Vogue for its July issue, “The Box” actress tells, "The fountain of youth [for me], let's see...I guess it's exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex -- yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It's healthy, it's natural, it's what we are here to do!"

On the topic of plastic surgery, Diaz says she hasn’t gone there yet, "But we'll see. So far, so good. But I'll never say never to anything."

Choosing to stay mum about rumored beau, Alex Rodriguez, Cameron responded to the love question with: "You know what? Yes I am. I'm in love with life."
