Britney Spears: Consevatorship Details

Her father was given the right to control all of her assets back in 2008, but it sounds like Britney Spears has regained some control and has begun making decisions for herself.

According to TMZ’s sourced, dad Jamie has recently and intentionally pulled back and is allowing Britney to control her life including where she goes, what she does with her kids, etc.

The temporary conservatorship was schedule to end around this time, but it seems it will continue on for another a few months, although Jamie is ready to set Britney free.

Furthermore, TMZ says that the court-appointed psychiatrist has conducted a new evaluation and is submitting his findings to the court. Everyone involved -- including the shrink -- say Britney is like a different person from the one who was on a 5150 in January 2008.
