Clean-Shaven Brad Pitt Hits the "Moneyball" Set

Plugging away at his new project, Brad Pitt was spotted on set of “Moneyball” in downtown Los Angeles, California on Thursday (July 12).

The “Mr and Mrs Smith” actor looked focused as he shot scene after scene with a freshly shaven face, far different from the facial hair he sported for months.

According to Reuters.com, Mr Pitt is starring as a general manager of the Oakland Athletics, Billy Beane, alongside castmates, Kathryn Morris, Robin Wright, Jonah Hill and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.

Per IMDB’s website, “Moneyball” is the story of Oakland A's general manager Billy Beane and his successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget, by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.

A release date is to be determined.
