Michelle “Bombshell” McGee Talks “Homewrecker” Label

She became a worldwide figure thanks to her affair with Jesse James, but Michelle McGee says that people have a skewed view of who she really is.

The tattooed bad girl explained to FOX Pop Tarts that while she was definitely involved with James, a married man at the time, it wasn’t her fault that Jesse split with Sandra Bullock.

“The biggest misconception people have is that they think I’m a homewrecker. I didn’t destroy anybody’s marriage, Jesse destroyed his own marriage. We have not been in touch and no plans of reconnecting.”

As for her newfound fame, she said, “Sometimes I wake up and just wish I could be normal but this is my life now and I just have to get used to it. I don’t look like anybody else so it’s my downfall and it’s my claim to fame but sometimes I do wish things could go back to being normal.”
