During her interview with the mag, the "Gossip Girl" beauty said that she "always felt like a mama" and her new role in life feels very natural. "I don't feel like it's a massive change," she continued.
She’s months away from having a child of her own and Blake Lively told The Kit that she grew up with some pretty fabulous moments with her family. The “Gossip Girl” actress explained that she and her four older siblings always spent Christmas Day in bed with their parents.
“I don’t know how my family tends to… everybody gets in the same bed. Somehow we just spend seven hours a day all together just chatting and it’s really nice to have that time, because it's rare that we get together for such a nice chunk of time.”
She’s not letting her pregnancy keep her off of her feet, and Blake Lively teamed up with a certain “Top Chef” champ to do some cooking on Tuesday (December 16).
The “Gossip Girl” starlet covered her baby bump with an apron and met with Hung Huynh for some culinary adventures, posting a photo via Instagram to show all of her followers. Blake added the caption, "Nothing better (or tastier) than an evening spent with friends who share your passion.”
Keeping a close eye on popular fashion trends, Pantone has named marsala the official hue of 2015. Named for a wine from Sicily, Marsala is a reddish brown color mixed with notes of caramel and Pantone Executive Director Leatrice Eiseman is certainly a big fan.
She explained, “It’s a color that’s equally as versatile on the body, in cosmetics or in the home, and that really makes it universal. The best way to get accustomed to a color is to use it in a print with other colors you really really love. So if you’re just trying to introduce it to yourself, do it with small accents that are less expensive.”
It’s been a while since we’ve seen her act, but Blake Lively is making her return to the big screen in “The Age of Adaline,” and lucky for us, the first teaser trailer is here!
The 27-year-old actress stars as a woman who gets into a car accident at the age of 29 in the 1930s, which magically stops her from aging. Even though she gets to be beautiful her entire life, Blake’s character cannot grow old with the ones she loves.
In the past, homemaker extraordinaire Martha Stewart has taken some subtle digs at Blake Lively's new Preserve livestyle company, but both ladies made nice when they met up at the American Made event in New York City over the weekend.
Ms. Stewart introduced the pregnant “Gossip Girl” actress to the crowd, calling her “my friend and neighbor,” and adding, “You looked very different when I last saw you.”
