Blake Lively: "Gossip Girl" Glamorous

Hard at work on her hit TV show, Blake Lively was looking fabulous as she filmed scenes for "Gossip Girl" in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (September 8).

Perched on the front steps of a local building, the Serena van der Woodsen actress donned a beige blazer and navy blue dress as she ran through her lines with the film crew capturing all of the action.

The work duties come as Miss Livley gears up for an all-new season of "Gossip Girl" premiering on The CW on Monday, September 13 at 9/8c.

Talking about the show and her career with Starpulse, Blake said, "I'm on a very commercial show so the last thing I want to do is a commercial movie. I wanna take risks, I don't wanna play it safe. I mean, I could probably make more money if I did more commercial projects. It would be nice to buy an apartment but I'm 22 and I don't need to yet."

As for how long she's locked into the CW gig, the blonde beauty tells, "We have six-year contracts but who knows how long TV shows ever run. They don't always go the full term contracted… We're in season four."
