Billy Ray Cyrus Drops By “The View”

Making the most of the beautiful weather, Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted strolling out of his Manhattan hotel earlier today (March 18).

The “Achy Breaky Heart” stud paid a visit to “The View” to set the record straight about his family situation, especially his marriage to Tish and his relationship with daughter Miley.

Cyrus explained, "Doing an interview when you're mad and scared is a whole lot like going to the grocery store when you're hungry. I don't think 'Hannah Montana' ruined my family, but to set the record straight, I love 'Hannah Montana.' I love Disney. That didn't tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal, you've got to be careful with that thing."

Noting that he has “dropped the divorce,” Billy Ray continued, "Things are really the best they've ever been. I wanted to put the family back together."

As for Miley, "[Things are] the best they've ever been. I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before 'Hannah Montana' happened. … We've laughed a lot in the last couple days."
