Representatives for the Billboard Music Awards announced on Tuesday (May 1) that four new artists including Kelly Clarkson, Usher, Linkin Park, and Nelly Furtado will join the growing list of performers for the spectacular, star-studded evening.
The quartet of acts will join Justin Bieber, LMFAO, The Wanted, Carrie Underwood and Cee Lo Green on the show's lineup, which is being held in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Arena.
Bieber, along with Usher and Furtado, are all set to release their new albums soon after the show airs, and their performances may help boost sales for their already anticipated debuts.
The favored television comedy couple, Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell from “Modern Family”, are set to co-host the ceremony, which has a heated race for awards with Adele nominated in 18 categories, LMFAO in 17, Rihanna in 13, and Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne with 10 each.
You can tune in to catch all of the action when the Billboard Music Awards airs live on May 20 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
