Beyonce Knowles Settles Lawsuit

After being taken to court back in May for “invading” a man’s neighborhood, Beyonce Knowles' legal battle has finally come to an end.

A man named Philip Markowitz claimed the “Single Ladies” singer and her production crew “wreaked havoc in his neighborhood” and trespassed on his property during a video shoot back and decided to sue.

After taking the matter to court, TMZ has learned Markowitz has scored a 5-figure settlement to drop the case.

Markowitz told the entertainment news source, "I'm happy with the settlement, but this lawsuit shouldn't have happened in the first place."

He added, "They set up on my property without asking and [the settlement] should send a notice to other production companies that they need to respect the rights of property owners."
