Ocean’s Thirteen debuted this week at the Cannes Film Festival. And according to Oceans’ star Brad Pitt, the film feels very natural. "We've known each other too long - we know each other's families - and it's just an instantaneous rhythm that sets in," said Pitt. "And, of course, the movies themselves have never been high drama ... (fun) is the point of it."

In the film, Angelina portrays Mariane Pearl, the widow of Daniel Pearl, a Wall Street Journal newspaper reporter who was abducted and murdered in 2002. Pitt was a co-producer of the film.
Speaking about the film, Jolie has expressed the scene in which she reenacts Mariane receiving the news of Daniel’s death as being “the hardest thing I’ve ever done.” Mariane Pearl was over five-months pregnant when Daniel was kidnapped. Her son Adam was born just a few months after Daniel was killed.

It appears that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were hard at work trying to conceive a child long before Pitt’s divorce with Jennifer Aniston was final. Jolie told Reader’s Digest, "Before I met Brad, I always said I was happy never to have a child biologically. Then, a few months after Z (adopted daughter Zahara) came home ... I realized how much he loved them, that a biological child would not in any way be a threat. So I said, 'I want to try.'"
