Andrew R. "Andy" Dick (born December 21, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, musician and TV/film producer. Andy Dick was arrested early Saturday morning (January 23) in Huntington, WV and has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

After weeks of being saved by viewer votes, Andy Dick's luck finally ran out, as the comedian and his pro partner Sharna Burgess were the latest duo to be eliminated on Tuesday's (April 30) episode of "Dancing with the Stars."

After Monday night's competition show, the now ousted funny man came up with 17 out of 30 points and was joined in the bottom two by "The Bachelor's" Sean Lowe, who picked up 24 points.
