While rocking an all-black ensemble for the Ruven Afanador-shot front page, the Maroon 5 frontman chats about his experience on "The Voice."
During the interview, the 33-year-old admits that his first impression of the hit competitive singing show was not-so-great. "I scoffed at it initially," he reveals. "It's just a bunch of f****** a**holes who are fame whores."
Although everyone knew he was an outstanding singer, Adam says people saw a different side of him after he sat down on the judges panel. "No one knew what I was really like or whether I had anything to say... I think that the occasional soccer mom probably thought I was a s***."
"The show put me in an interesting light to be cross-examined and analyzed by the world at large, and I think that I succeeded in making them like me," the hunky musician adds.
