After his widely-criticized stint as last year's host, it may come as a relief to some that Seth MacFarlane is unable to take center stage for next year's Oscars.
Taking to Twitter to announce the news on Monday (May 20), the 39-year-old comedian wrote, "Traumatized critics exhale: I'm unable to do the Oscars again, tried to make it work schedule-wise, but I need sleep."
