Kirk Cameron
Gearing up for the March 27th release of his new movie “Monumental,” Kirk Cameron paid a visit to the “Today” show in New York City this morning (March 20).
The “Growing Pains” heartthrob chatted with Ann Curry about the firestorm he unintentionally ignited during his recent interview on “Piers Morgan Tonight.”
His recent comments on homosexuality on "Piers Morgan Tonight" didn't receive a welcome reception, and now Kirk Cameron has released a statement to further explain himself.
Of referring to gay relationships as “unnatural… detrimental, and ultimately destructive," the former "Growing Pains" star has now said, “I spoke as honestly as I could, but some people believe my responses were not loving toward those in the gay community.”
After sharing his opinions on homosexuality and gay marriage, former "Growing Pains" star Kirk Cameron is now feeling the heat from his celebrity peers.
This past Friday (March 2), Cameron, a practicing Christian, took to the set of CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" to chat about his position on the hot-button topics.
His words have become the focal point of quite the heated debate, as Kirk Cameron spoke out against homosexuality during an appearance on CNN on Friday night (March 2).
The former "Growing Pains" star sat down with Piers Morgan, during which time he dubbed same-sex relationships as "unnatural" and "detrimental".
