Things are really ramping up for Selena Gomez's career, and the “Come and Get It” songstress looks absolutely fabulous on the cover of the November 2015 issue of Flare.
With her new album Revival slated to hit stores this month, Selena is excited for her fans to hear her latest sound- “I wanted to make an album—I didn’t want to make just a million singles—and I wanted it to be rich with emotion. The titles of the songs speak to where I am in my life: One is called ‘Kill Em With Kindness’; another one is called ‘Rise,’ which is about life, about everything I’ve been through; another one is called ‘Survivors.’ And the album title came out of a moment I had in Mexico. I had taken a few of the producers there because I wanted to remove everybody from their environment in L.A. While we were away, I was getting criticized [by the media] because I had gained weight. I was really bummed when I found out all that stuff was going on, and that’s when I was like, ‘I’m so tired of feeling like I’m being pulled down by something.’ ‘Revival’ is the first song on the album, and the first lines are, ‘I feel like I’ve awakened—the chains around me are finally breaking.’”

In her cover story for WSJ magazine, the “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” star confesses she’s struggled for decades with her love life- "No one teaches you, and also no one particularly helps you. It's a very specific thing to ask people to understand. 'So-and-so was mean about me in the newspaper.' 'Oh, just ignore it.' But you can't, because it's not true. I know lots of people who are not in the public eye who have gone through several marriages, I really do, and it's just those are the cards that life dealt me. I didn't plan on its being that way. And f--k me, it hasn't been easy, you know. No one really knows what has happened in my life. No one really knows why my first marriage didn't last; no one knows why my second didn't. I'm proud of those silences. Thank God for [my current husband] Ned [Rocknroll]—really. He's just so incredibly supportive, and he's so much fun. He's absolutely everything to me. And to all of us."
