Having been dropped from Simon Cowell’s Syco Management firm, Zayn Malik decided it was time for a new manager and a fresh start at a new record label.

On Wednesday (July 29) the former One Direction crooner inked a deal with RCA Records, the same label as Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown and Shakira, and he made sure to post a photo of the moment via Twitter.

She’s always been a voice for her fellow females and Lea Michele just jumped on board on behalf of the #ActuallySheCan initiative.

She’s directing a film adaptation of the memoir “First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia” by Loung Ung and Angelina Jolie plans on having her son Maddox by her side the entire time.

The “Changeling” chick told press she wants her 13-year-old boy to learn all about his homeland and what better way than with his mother! "I feel a deep connection to Cambodia. I want to respect its history and bring a film to the world that will not only show the hardships of war but the dignity and resilience of a people I deeply respect," she wrote via email to the AP. "The intent of this project is not to revisit the horrors of the war but to bring to the screen characters that people around the world will empathize with, and to help other people to learn about Cambodia."

The “Star Trek Into Darkness” stud will play the role of Steve Trevor in the forthcoming flick, slated to hit theaters on June 23, 2017.

It’s been too long since we’ve heard new music from Justin Bieber, and on Wednesday morning (July 29) he dropped by “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” to announce the drought is almost over.

The “As Long As You Love Me” crooner stated that his next single will drop in one month and is titled “What Do You Mean?” “Girls are often flip-floppy. They say something and they mean something else. So … what do you mean? I don’t really know, that’s why I’m asking.”

Adding plenty of girl power to the mix, both Queen Latifah and Mary J Blige have joined the cast of the forthcoming NBC live production of “The Wiz,” slated to air on December 3rd.

According to Us Weekly, the “Living Single” star will play The Wiz, while Ms. Blige will handle the Evillene (The Wicked Witch of the West) duties. As an added bonus, Beyonce Knowles is currently in talks to play Glinda The Good Witch.
